Floor Preparation
At CT Asbestos Contracting, LLC we have the capability to provide concrete prep work utilizing our high efficient and environmentally friendly Blastrac System, as well as diamond blade grinders.
Blastrac steel shot blasting is probably the preferred method of surface preparation for concrete floor coatings because it can remove old paint or prepare a new surface for coatings. It is fast, efficient, and economical.

All of our floor preparation work is done utilizing the same strict procedures and safety protocol as our abatement projects. This includes a containment system, negative air machines, HEPA Vacuums, and associated HEPA Air Filters. This prevents any cross contamination to other areas, and maintains a clean
work environment throughout the extent of the project.
When we have finished with the floor preparation, you will be left with a clean smooth concrete surface for either rework or polishing.
